Hello!  I am one of the lucky School Counselors at Douglas Elementary.  I was born in Cleveland Heights, Ohio to amazing and wonderful parents.   I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from James Madison University and my master's degree in Counseling from UNC-Greensboro.   I have been working as a school counselor since 2000.  I feel honored to be working at such a wonderful school like Douglas!   Both of my children attended Douglas and our dog is named Douglas.  Can you tell that I'm "ALL IN"!?

I enjoy spending time with my loving family, kayaking, creating art, playing tennis, and traveling!  I thoroughly enjoy working with students and am excited to play an important role in shaping students with unlimited potential!  I hope that they learn as much from me as I learn from them.   Douglas Dragons are absolutely amazing!

  • Hi Douglas Dragons!
  • I am one of your school counselors, I was lucky to become a part of Douglas Elementary School in the middle of last year.
  • I was born and raised in Long Island, NY.  In 2007 I completed my graduate degree in School Counseling at Long Island University. Since then I have worked in the counseling field, and have enjoyed staying home with my two sweet boys ages 4 and 8.
  • When I am not at work I love to spend time with family and friends, going for walks, watching a good movie or baking!
  • I love working at Douglas and I am so excited for an amazing school year!
